Return Policy – Case Craftix

1. No Returns for Change of Mind
All products are printed on demand and made specifically for each order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or device incompatibility. Customers are encouraged to verify device compatibility before placing an order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the product ordered, we will gladly assist. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • The order number
  • A clear photo showing the issue
  • A brief description

Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.

3. How to Submit a Return Request
All return requests must be submitted via email to support@casecraftix.shop with “Return Request” in the subject line.

4. Important Notes

  • Requests submitted after 14 days of delivery may not be accepted.
  • Products must be unused and in original condition for claims related to defects.
  • Shipping costs for returns due to our error (damaged or incorrect items) will be covered by us.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
