1. Processing Time

All products are printed on demand. Processing time is typically 2–7 business days, depending on the product and the fulfillment partner’s location. This does not include shipping time.

2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Estimates

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location, the product ordered, and the fulfillment provider. Below are estimated delivery times once the order has shipped:

3. Special Notes for US Territories

For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other unincorporated territories of the United States, delivery may take an additional 7–12 business days beyond the standard estimates listed above.


4. Why Are There Two Shipping Options for the US?

Customers in the United States can choose between:

  • Economy: More affordable, with delivery in 4–8 business days
  • Standard: Faster delivery in 2–5 business days

The exact cost for each option will be displayed at checkout based on the specific product and destination.


5. Tracking Information

Once an order ships, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to the customer. Tracking can also be accessed by logging into the account on our website.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery. Case Craftix is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but the package has not been received, customers should check with neighbors or the local post office. For lost packages, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.


8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they are in production. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
